Woodworking department

Woodworking technician can do tasks connected with increasing the efficiency of shop productivity and improving work organization in the field of  mechanical wood processing, designing and making articles of wood , as well as checking, maintenance and repairs of equipment and mechanical devices, calculate amount  of work and materials, comply with the requirements of environment protection, manages his team, know the normative acts of business , economics and accounting, environment requirements for woodworking equipment and sawmills , requirements for accident prevention, requirements for using individual means of protection , basics of rights , take part in working out business proposals and estimates  and carry out economical analyses.
Woodworking technicians work in different kind of woodworking enterprises ( for example, sawmills, shops of veneer and plywood production, wood sheet and furniture production ), as self-employed or an  individual entrepreneur.
